About Alicia Cheng

Alicia Cheng

Alicia Cheng is a founding partner of MGMT. She has worked as a senior designer for Method, New York and was the co-design director at the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. She has taught and served as a visiting critic at Yale University, Princeton University, the Maryland Institute College of Art, and the Cooper Union School of Art. She currently serves as an external critic for the MFA program at the Rhode Island School of Design. Alicia received her BA from Barnard College and her MFA from Yale University.

About Sarah Gephart

Sarah Gephart

Sarah Gephart is a partner of MGMT. Prior to joining MGMT., Sarah was a senior designer and project manager at 2x4 where she worked on numerous branding, collateral, and book projects for cultural clients. Prior to 2x4, she worked at several New York City design firms. Sarah taught at Parsons School of Design and Maryland Institute College of Art and served as a guest critic at Yale University, Princeton University, and was a visiting artist at the the Rhode Island School of Design. Sarah received her BA from Oberlin College and her MFA from Yale University.
